He draws from a range of evidence-based modalities such as Solution-Focussed Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (ST) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). 

When he isn’t working, Wesley enjoys spending time with family, reading, listening to music, and drinking good coffee.
